PLTS High Intensity Pilates & Barre

This year THE angel workout from L.A. finally came to the Netherlands. At PLTS you can get your ass kicked in a 50-minute high intensity, full-body Reformer Pilates or Barre class.
Reformer Pilates is performed on a state of the art Pilates machine. You’ll work on a killer core and develop your muscles lengthwise. The Barre classes are ballet inspired fitness exercises that will make your legs shake like you have spaghetti legs. It improves your posture and gives you a firm and round booty. Say goodbye to bulky muscles and hello to beautiful long toned muscles and a killer core and booty.


Walking into HIGH STUDIOS feels like you’re walking into a club, especially on Friday when there is a DJ playing during your 45-minute high intensity interval workout. The workouts are a mix of sets with weights, bodyweight, a Skillmill (a non-motorised treadmill with an option for extra resistance) and a Plyo-box for plyometric exercises like box-jumps. They have six different classes that crush calories, strengthen muscles and enlarge endurance. With great beats, lightning, trainers and a cold pressed juice bar, HIGH STUDIOS makes your workout a unique experience.


This gym has it all! Besides their CrossFit, bootcamp, running, yoga/mobility and boxing classes they also offer fitness equipment, nutrition advice, physiotherapy, readings and workshops. To make sure you’re prepared to rock the CrossFit classes to the max without getting injured, Vondelgym offers classes to practice the basic exercises.

This is the first fitness swimming pool in the Netherlands, founded by former top swimmer and Olympic medal winner Johan Kenkhuis. The classes are designed to improve the swimming technique, fitness and strength of every swimmer. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a beginner or a triathlete, or what fitness level you have. Everyone is welcome to improve their skills with the challenging workouts, personal trainings, technique classes or endurance trainings.
