The movie machine Marvel Studios has a new movie coming this april: Avengers: Infinity War. Two trailers have been released and we’ve already watched them about 20 times. What will happen in this upcoming blockbuster hit? We’re gonna talk about it.

The movie pretty much brings (almost) every Marvel character together: The Avengers, Spiderman, Dr Strange and the Guardians of the Galaxy. They are combining their strengths to fight their common enemy: Thanos. 

Thanos, who we’ve seen before in as well as post credit scenes as in the Guardians of the Galaxy is coming to earth to retrieve infinity stones that will help him destroy Galaxy’s with just the snap of his fingers. Marvel has released news that there is a high possibility that some characters may die in Infinity War.  

Here are some characters that are up for elimination:

Iron Man:

Robert Downey Junior is likely to go because of his contract, he made about 200 million dollar for Avengers 3 and 4. Which is the same amount of money that is used to make Black Panther, wow. He also already volunteered to be sacrificed in earlier Avenger movies, so it looks like he doesn’t  really have a problem with being cut. Besides, he’s also not the youngest around anymore, yeah he still looks good,but he’s 52 now. Are they going to keep him in that Iron Man suit until he’s as old as Stan Lee? We don’t think so.  

Vision:

Thanos is seeking Infinity stones to wipe out half the Galaxy and this guy Vision literally has one in his face, so yeah the odds are not very high for this hero. And based on the shots in the trailer, we see the infinity stone being removed, sort of (we don’t know for sure). 

Captain America: 

Cap is seen struggling in the trailer just holding Thanos his hand, and Thanos is not even seeing to be trying, like, at all. Also, in the comics Captain America has been killed by Thanos is an one on one stand off that looked kinda familiar to the trailer, brace yourselves for some sad Captain America fans. But okay, going down in a 1v1 battle against Thanos; the most powerful being in the Galaxy is the most bad-ass way to go.  

Hawkeye: 

Hawkeye has been running around with demigods and super soldiers so he’s been pretty cool character besides from his bow and arrow ability. Based on the fact that he’s just a human makes him pretty vulnerable. Also he has not been seen in either the poster or the trailer of Infinity War. It’s all a bit too shady.  

Of course these are all speculations and we also do not know for sure what will happen, but the anticipation for these movies is what makes it so fun to watch.
