RECIPE OF THE WEEK – PEAR & SPINACH JUICE

During a long day, there are always one or two moments where you crave for a snack, just because your energy level is low. With juices like these, you can re-energize your system in a healthy way. This week: Pear & Spinach juice.

Ingredients:

– 2 Juicy pears

– A little piece of fresh ginger

– 150 grams of seedless white grapes

– 200 milliliters of almond or coconut milk

– 2 twigs of fresh mint

-150 grams of fresh spinach

 

Instructions:

– Cut the pears into quarters

– Remove the cores and cut the flesh into pieces

– Peel the ginger and cut into pieces

– Put the pears, grapes, and ginger in the blender

– Pour in the almond or coconut milk and mix for 2 minutes

– Remove the leaves of mint from the twigs, add with the spinach to the blender and mix for 2 minutes

– Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses
