Top 10 most memorable albums of ‘17
by Rahel Kiros

Personally, I think 2017 was a good year for music. A lot of great projects came out, new artists were discovered and different styles were explored. Before we get ready for another great year, here is my top 10 most memorable albums of 2017.
Tyler, The Creator – Flower Boy
SZA – Ctrl
Kendrick Lamar – DAMN.
H.E.R. – H.E.R.
BROCKHAMPTON – Saturation collection
Syd – Fin
J HUS – Common Sense
Stormzy – Gang Signs & Prayer
N.E.R.D. Lemon
Sampha – Process
These albums have all surprised and/or thoroughly entertained me throughout these 12 months. Whether it be because of the beats, lyrics or overall storyline, I know for a fact that some of these songs will probably be on my playlist for years to come. If you haven’t completely listened to some of these albums, I definitely recommend you to do so! I, for one, can’t wait to see what we’re going to be listening to in 2018.
Ps: the bonus album on this list of most memorable albums of ‘17 is Mura Masa with his self-titled album. An absolute masterpiece!
